Saipan Cares for Animals (SCA) is a rescue clinic serving the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) - a U.S. territory in the Western Pacific . We offer low-cost medical services for cats and dogs, including spay/neuter surgery, flea and tick prevention, and emergency care. We also rescue injured and abandoned animals and care for them until they are ready to adopt out to a loving home.
SCA is comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers whose mission is to improve the life of every dog and cat on Saipan through sterilization, medication, and socialization.
CLINIC SERVICES OVERVIEW
Updated: September 18, 2020
We are currently out of cat vaccines, but the shipment is expected any day.
Saipan Cares is a walk-in only clinic. We are open Tuesday-Friday from 12pm-3pm, and on Saturdays from 11am-4pm. We will take emergencies outside of these hours if necessary. Please call Beth Pliscou at (670)285-5448 if your pet is having a medical emergency, including:
Not eating or lowered appetite (even for just one day!)
Lethargy or tiredness
Cuts or wounds, such as from a fight with another animal, person, or being hit by a car
Bleeding from the eyes, ears, mouth, genitals, or anus
Vomiting or diarrhea
Saipan Cares is not a free clinic. We do not receive government funding, and we do not charge for our services - only for the medication your pet needs to be healthy. We offer most medications at cost, meaning we only charge as much as it costs us to purchase.
