Hafa Adai and Welcome to Saipan Cares for Animals!
SCA is a non-profit rescue clinic that provides low cost services to the Northern Mariana Islands. Since the closure of Saipan's single veterinary office, SCA is currently the only organization providing medical care for animals in the CNMI. Our services include vaccination, emergency care, and spay/neuter services with the help of our volunteer veterinarians who come from all over the world to donate their time towards helping animals in need. SCA also takes in many sick and abandoned animals and rehabilitates them so that they can find a loving new home!
SCA is comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers whose mission is to improve the life of every dog and cat on Saipan through sterilization, medication, and community education.

CAT AND DOG VACCINES ARE IN STOCK. If you are scheduled for a follow-up appointment, please come in on schedule. The $10 late fee for missed appointments will only be waived if the date range was during a time when we were out of vaccines.
Bravecto in IN STOCK and available to purchase at the clinic. You can stop by anytime during open hours (Mon-Fri 12-3 and Sat 11-4) to purchase Bravecto for your dogs. You can still place a pre-order, but it may take a couple of weeks before it is ready for pickup depending on our supply, so if you need Bravecto urgently we recommend purchasing it in person. We accept cash or check at the clinic.
Please call Beth Pliscou at (670)285-5448 if your pet is having a medical emergency, including:
Not eating or lowered appetite (even for just one day!)
Lethargy or tiredness
Cuts or wounds, such as from a fight with another animal, person, or being hit by a car
Bleeding from the eyes, ears, mouth, genitals, or anus
Vomiting or diarrhea
Saipan Cares is not a free clinic. We do not receive government funding, and we do not charge for our services - only for the medication your pet needs to be healthy. We offer most medications at cost, meaning we only charge as much as it costs us to purchase.
